We went to see our friend’s Sara and Mike (who came over for Xmas) and their new baby, who just need some time in the NICU to get on track. I’ll post some more photos soon but our friend Andrea took a cute one of me and Hayley.
I realized I never posted what my funky hair looks like… You can see the streaks of pink and blonde.

Hayley and her friend Abigail had a sleepover tonight. At some point we got the fine idea to make a music video. So they wrote a song, dressed up like rockers and put on makeup. They worked out playing it (Abigail on lead vocals with Hayley on drums and backup vocals) and I taped them.
It was hysterical fun – I love this age. They are charmed by everything and always ready for silly fun.

Hayley came down and curled up on the couch while I was working on some tricky code. I looked over and found Annabelle asleep parallel to her, which her puppy arm draped across Hayley. When I got up, Annabelle moved to put her head on her elbow. Complete cute overload!

I finally slogged through getting these edited and online. It is now 3:32am but I’m giddy – from being punchy true but also from seeing all these photos again of everyone there (me, Jeff, Hayley, Uncle Jay, Grandma Sharen and Grandpa John). Thanks to Jeff’s folks for this great trip.
There are hundreds of photos posted!

It starts with a Christmas Eve tradition where we make gingerbread house … and this year it was a triplex … three kits put together … And it ends with our Christmas day tradition where we pick off what we want, haul it to the cul de sac and smash it with remote control cars … as you can tell, we are a really sweet family. Also some Christmas day photos

I’ve been so remiss in posting photos because I have so darned many of them from Disney and Christmas to get through. Hayley and I are over at the GSK Holiday Invitational from the 27-29th, where I’m media director and Hayley is a ballgirl (she had Coach Roy Williams sign her new high tops last night). I’ll posted a few photos of her.
So don’t think my lack of postings mean anything is wrong. We are also sorting out some issues with the blog b/c WRAL changed formats.
Day One
Handing out balls.
Watching the action with Ward, they’ve been doing this for three years so far.
Watching the inbounds
Day Two
Waiting during halftime.
Bit of ball handling skills work
Coach Roy Williams’ signature on her new high tops

I’ll post more photos soon (I know, I have so many to post) but we had a great time tonight at the UNC-VT women’s game so I had to post a few! Hayley was a ballgirl, my Mom, Dad and Aunt Cathie all game to cheer on the Heels and Jeff came in all his VT stuff. And then my good friend Margaret ended up being at the game too!
Hayley was a great ball girl and added about 10 signatures to her shoes – Coach Hatchell signed the tips of each shoe, it was cool. I got to chat with my favorite assistant coach Tracey Williams and she was telling Coach Hatchell how much I’d helped her with info on NC kids. So that was a really nice treat. It’s pretty cool when a head coach and assistant at the #2 program in the country know you by name. Hayley got to play around in the locker room as well which she loves. A good night was had by all!
